The Mona Lisa is perhaps one of the most famous paintings in the world. The half length portrait of the woman painted by Leonardo da Vinci is supposed to be of Lisa Gherardini, the wife of Francesco del Giocondo (who was he?). There has been so many variations and counter variations of this portrait that it has been difficult to keep up. I am amazed at some of these beautiful versions of the Indian Mona Lisa.
